I've hit the stage where I REFUSE to read WIPS and when I'm on AO3, I filter it to 'complete only' I also know I'm incredibly guilty of having previous fandom fics unfinished because I fandom hopped and oh I'm a horrible fanficwriter!
I used to fix my problem by just reading a ton of WIP's so that something was always updating, but these days I wait for them to be completed. Except sometimes I see an author I just can't resist and my willpower goes kablooey. lol
